L’appartamento si trova a San Felice Circeo, al primo piano di un edificio costituito da due unità abitative. Caratterizzato da un’ampia metratura, presenta una disposizione planimetrica abbastanza rigida, dovuta alla presenza di pareti portanti che dividono gli ambienti.
Sono state realizzate tre ampie camere da letto, ognuna servita da un bagno interno, che non è più un ambiente da nascondere ma diventa un tutt’uno con la camera che lo ospita. La zona sanitari è chiusa dal resto del bagno, mentre il resto è lasciato a vista: rivestimenti materici e mobili su misura danno carattere alle stanze.
La cucina è stata realizzata interamente su misura: la natura degli elementi scelti e le finiture abbinate permettono di disegnare un quadro cromatico armonico. Il rame trasmette un effetto caldo e riveste un ruolo da protagonista nell’ambiente.
The apartment is located in San Felice Circeo, on the first floor of a building consisting of two residential units. Characterized by a large floor area, it features a fairly rigid layout due to the presence of load-bearing walls that divide the spaces.
Three spacious bedrooms have been created, each with its own en-suite bathroom. These bathrooms are no longer hidden spaces, but rather integrated parts of the bedrooms they serve. The sanitary area is enclosed, while the rest remains open: textured finishes and custom-made furniture give each room a distinctive character.
The kitchen has been entirely custom-built: the nature of the chosen elements and the coordinated finishes create a harmonious color scheme. Copper plays a starring role in the space, conveying a warm effect and standing out as a key design feature.
