Lo scopo della progettazione di questa villa è quello di unire l’esigenza costruttiva legata alla migliore esposizione rispetto al soleggiamento con quella, più propriamente visiva, orientata alla valorizzazione del paesaggio circostante. Ogni ambiente della casa è attraversato dalla luce naturale, che ne scalda gli spazi durante il giorno, mentre lo sguardo, attraverso le ampie finestre, si apre costantemente sulla città vecchia e sulla Rocca che si erge sulla cima del colle.
The purpose of the design of this villa is to combine the construction requirement of optimal sun exposure with the purely visual need to enhance the surrounding landscape. Every room in the house is bathed in natural light, which warms the spaces throughout the day, while the view through the large windows constantly opens onto the old town and the Rocca standing proudly on top of the hill.
